Disappointing
It was the view last hotel that available, with some reasonable price. But it's not worth as the price
We had bed bugs. At night, we ran out the toilet paper, so we asked the reception, but respon not so nice, can't even bring up the bed bugs. We have to buy repellent spray. For 2 nights, spray before we sleep, and we can't sleep well because of that.

Location was okay - close proximity to public transpo, 7/11, etc.
Our room was initially given to someone else. We had to argue with the receptionist because we confirmed our arrival and stay 2 weeks ahead and they acknowledged it. We were given a temporary room on the first day. There were no complimentary water, toothbrush/toothpaste, and hairdryer upon check in. We found out later that we have to request for those even if they already included/indicated in their ad in booking.com that those are the inclusions of our reservation. The second/final room was okay for the price. It's just the shower which was problematic as the vinyl where it was attached was not properly attached to the wall causing the shower to fall off everytime in use. Everytime we request for a towel, it is not folded properly - given upon take out of the washing machine/dryer literally.

When in Singapore.
The cold/hot shower.
Poor facilities. Bed was hard. Towels were non-absorbent. Room was very small for 4 pax. Staff not so friendly.
